Our barn was designed and hand built by Leroy and Ruthanne in 2015. The beautiful, rich wood was brought all the way from New York, the homestate of Ruthanne and installed into the beautiful barn you see today, by Leroy and family.
The couple have always loved hosting Christmas parties and family gatherings on their property so naturally, they wanted to create a space for others to create memories too! They love knowing families from all over the state come enjoy their barn and enjoy the peaceful scenery their 5 acre farm offers in the countryside of Lithia, FL.
